Plain-English Membership Terms

The membership is a monthly subscription that builds plumbing service credit you can apply toward qualifying residential plumbing labor. It is not insurance, not a home warranty, not a coupon club, and not a prepaid repair package.

• Essential — $44/month adds $150 in plumbing service credit each month, up to $1,800 per membership year.
• Plus — $54/month adds $225 in plumbing service credit each month, up to $2,700 per membership year.
• Premier — $64/month adds $300 in plumbing service credit each month, up to $3,600 per membership year.

Credit is added once per successful monthly payment. Your membership year is the 12-month cycle that begins on your enrollment date.

Unused credit rolls over from month to month during your annual membership cycle. All remaining credit expires at the end of that annual cycle and does not carry into a renewal year.

You must be an active member in good standing, current on payments, to earn or redeem credit. If the membership is cancelled or lapses, unredeemed credit is forfeited.

Credit has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or applied to invoices from any other company.

Credit applies to qualifying plumbing labor only. Eligible work includes normal residential plumbing service and repair — leak repairs, toilets, faucets, drains, valves — plus selected larger jobs such as water heater installation, tankless water heater work, whole-house water filtration, and qualifying trenchless spot repairs.

You may apply any available accrued credit toward a single eligible job, up to the labor portion of that invoice.

Parts, materials, fixtures, equipment, permits, specialty items, subcontracted costs, disposal fees, and other non-labor charges are billed separately and are not covered by credit.

Credit does not apply to full repipes, remodel plumbing, major construction plumbing, or any work North Brothers Plumbing does not offer. The membership does not guarantee emergency or same-day response.

After the 3-month minimum, the membership is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Benefits continue through the end of your current paid month. No further payments are taken after cancellation. Monthly payments already made are not refundable, and unused credit is forfeited when membership ends.

There is no long-term contract after the initial 3 months. One fairness rule: if membership is cancelled during the first 90 days after using the introductory member credit, the difference between the introductory member credit and dues paid becomes due.

If a payment fails, we retry the card and notify you. Credit does not accrue for an unpaid month, and redemption is paused until the account is current. If the account stays past due, the membership may be cancelled.

Plumbing services are currently fulfilled by North Brothers Plumbing, a licensed residential plumbing company serving the San Gabriel Valley since 2003. CSLB Lic. #[ADD LICENSE NUMBER]. Service availability is limited to the current service area and to work North Brothers Plumbing performs.

We may update pricing, credit amounts, or eligible work. Existing members will be notified before any change affects their membership, and may cancel if they do not agree.
